Good morning!
We are a few days away from the Walk Through Bethlehem and we are so excited for what God is going to do through this event! Thank you for being apart of it! I wanted to share our plan for Wednesday night.

5-5:15- Volunteers arrive— please park in the large parking lot away from the church, get in costume/ pick up shirt if needed
Costumes will be in the same room as they have been. The small room to the left of the Wednesday night teaching room.
If you are buying a t- shirt, they will be setup in the sanctuary. The forecast looks like it will be a little chilly, ladies that got a Northside sweatshirt, feel free to wear that.**

5:30- Everyone will meet in the sanctuary for a brief meeting and prayer. Then we will do one run through.

6:00- 7:30 - Groups will enjoy the Walk Through Bethlehem

After the event, would you please return your costume to the costume room. If you are working in a booth, we will have containers at your booth. If you will, please pack the booth contents as best you can into the containers. If you can, the containers can be brought inside of the church.
